Our company offers a product called "Color MDF," which is made by adding synthetic resin, acting as an adhesive, to wood chips that have been steamed and defibered, just like regular MDF. This mixture is then heat-pressed into board form, with an additional process of mixing dyes into the chip state. The surface is smooth and the interior is dense, allowing for clean finishes on cut and routed surfaces.
